[EMPLOYEE_FIRST_NAME],
Drinking too much alcohol increases people’s risk of injuries, violence, drowning, liver disease, and some types of cancer. For example, every day, almost 30 people in the United States die in drunk driving crashes – that’s one person every 50 minutes according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
This April, during Alcohol Awareness Month, we encourage you to educate yourself and your loved ones about the dangers of drinking too much.
If you think you’re drinking too much, you can improve your health by cutting back or quitting, or if you’re concerned about someone else’s drinking, offer to help.
