Meet the Team Leading the Way
Tim champions a results-focused approach that revolves around empowering individuals, cultivating a dynamic culture, and attaining operational excellence to steer our growth trajectory.
With almost thirty years of experience spanning HR outsourcing, insurance, operations, and sales and marketing, Tim focuses on creating efficient operations and fostering high-performing teams oriented towards expansion.
During his tenure at PrismHR, as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer of its holding company, Vensure Employer Solutions, Tim led overall revenue by nearly 4x. This was fueled by 18x marketplace growth, as well as starting an insurance practice from the ground up to disrupt the distribution of voluntary benefits in HR outsourcing.
Tim holds both a bachelor’s in business economics and masters in Finance from University of Tampa.
Fun Fact: Although based in Florida, Tim is a big Boston Red Sox fan and has tried ‘clam chowdah’ at every venue on Cape Cod!
Chris is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in financial strategy, corporate development, and business transformation. With a career spanning leadership roles across multiple industries, Chris has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, optimizing operations, and successfully navigating capital raises and acquisitions. A serial entrepreneur, he brings expertise in financial modeling, strategic planning, and skilled negotiation to every venture he leads.
Previously, Chris was General Manager at Blackbox Network Services, where he expanded wireless solutions nationwide and grew revenue from $26 million to $44 million in just three years. He also held leadership positions at InnerWireless, rising from CFO to CEO, where he turned the company from a $2.5 million loss to a $2.5 million profit and led its acquisition at four times the initial offer.
Chris holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of West Florida and a BS in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Fun Fact: In Chris’ spare time, he loves a good game of poker (Texas Hold ‘em) and watching the Dallas Stars with his family.
Jill comes to Selerix with over 20 years of experience in the HR technology space, having held leadership roles at prominent companies such as UKG, Workhuman, Lattice, and Vensure Employer Solutions.
Her expertise in growth marketing, demand generation, and operational efficiency has played a pivotal role in driving organizational success. Always having her eye on the ‘moon shot’ opportunity; she has led many initiatives — ranging from rebrands to ICP and customer segmentation and growth.
Jill holds an MBA and BS in Advertising Communications both from Endicott College. She resides in NH with her husband and 4 French Bulldogs.
Fun Fact: Jill is an avid homebrewer and the President of New Hampshire’s oldest homebrew club: Brew Free or Die.
Mike Keller brings a wealth of experience in insurance and sales. He began his career as a Broker Representative for Paul Revere Life Insurance, before advancing to senior leadership roles in sales at both Unum and Colonial. In 2020, Mike joined TBX to establish and lead the sales team from inception.
Fun Fact: In Mike’s spare time, he enjoys reading; everything from periodicals and books. His favorite at the moment is Nexus by Yuval Noah Harari
Andrew has over 25 years of experience in transforming technology organizations, driving innovation, and scaling enterprise solutions. Prior to joining Selerix, he spent seven years at Alight Solutions following their acquisition of Compass Professional Health Solutions — where he served as the VP of Engineering. His leadership in technology strategy and development has been instrumental in building high-performing teams and delivering cutting-edge solutions.
Andrew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Louisiana Tech University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. He serves on the Information Systems Advisory Council at Louisiana Tech University and previously on the Cyber and Big Data Advisory Board at Southern Methodist University.
Fun Fact: Andrew lived in Brazil for 4 years when he was a child. He also enjoys running and spending time with family.
Wes leads Selerix’s go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and client growth across benefits administration, employee communications, and compliance. Before joining Selerix, he founded and led multiple companies, including Steele Benefits, which became a recognized leader in engagement, enrollment, and administration. Wes is motivated by helping others succeed and brings an operator’s mindset paired with genuine care for employees, employers, brokers, and carriers. He’s known for building trusted relationships and driving growth across both public and private sectors, always pushing the industry to make benefits simpler and more meaningful for employees. At Selerix, Wes focuses on developing high-performing teams, strengthening partnerships, and driving sustainable, organic growth.
Fun Fact: Wes loves cooking on the Blackstone Griddle, and at the Steele house is well known for his teriyaki chicken stir fry.
Ruthie is a strategic and results-driven product management executive with over 20 years of experience leading innovation in enterprise software. As Vice President of Product Management at Selerix, she oversees the full lifecycle of B2B Human Resource management solutions—from roadmap creation to feature delivery—ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and technical capabilities.
Ruthie is recognized for her ability to bridge business and technology, translating complex requirements into actionable strategies. Her leadership style fosters collaboration across cross-functional teams, and she is known for building strong relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders. Ruthie holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.
Fun Fact: Ruthie is an avid Disney Parks fan and she and her husband host a podcast about enjoying the parks as adults called “Mimosas with Mickey”
