How do I log into my Selerix account?
  • If you are an Employee signing in to enroll your benefits and cannot log in, contact your Employer’s Human Resource Benefits Coordinator.
  • If you are a BenSelect Administrative User, use the credentials provided to you by your Broker or BenSelect Case Builder. If you’re unsure of your login details, contact your BenSelect Case Builder or Selerix Support (support@selerix.com) for assistance.
What should I do if I forgot my password?

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password. If you encounter issues, email support@selerix.com or call our support line, (214) 856-4290 for help.
