General Questions
Selerix handles all benefits, from core benefits such as medical to voluntary benefits. We have more than a thousand benefits integrations and work with every major carrier in the market.
Support Questions
- If you are an Employee signing in to enroll your benefits and cannot log in, contact your Employer’s Human Resource Benefits Coordinator.
- If you are a BenSelect Administrative User, use the credentials provided to you by your Broker or BenSelect Case Builder. If you’re unsure of your login details, contact your BenSelect Case Builder or Selerix Support (support@selerix.com) for assistance.

Demo Questions
A demo provides a custom walkthrough of our platform, beginning with in-depth, personalized discussion of your unique needs as an organization. From there, we will have an interactive discussion about how our tools can address your specific needs, whether it’s benefits administration, employee communication, or healthcare compliance. We’ll focus on showing you concrete examples of how the platform will accommodate those needs and address your existing pain points.
Most full demos last about 60-90 minutes, following our initial discussion — and depending on the complexity of your needs. We’ll ensure there’s plenty of time for questions and a tailored product tour.
We recommend including key decision-makers like HR managers, benefits administrators, compliance/ACA teams, brokers, or IT professionals who want to understand how Selerix integrates with existing systems.
