The virtual Case Build Fundamentals course covers the topics necessary for those who assist with clients and case builder teams, as well as those who manage case build teams. Features of the course include:
- Blended Learning: Virtual classroom sessions, self-paced modules and tasks.
- 3 Virtual sessions, across two weeks (Monday/Wednesday/Monday)
- Homework assignments between each session

- Focused on an overview of the implementation and case-build processes
NOTE: Virtual sessions use Zoom video/teleconferencing, which will be available for download. A 2nd monitor is strongly RECOMMENDED. Participants will receive step-by-step instructions throughout the course and participate in group work. A second monitor ensures the participant can follow along and complete steps in real time during the course.

This course is appropriate for our partners who configure or update cases and are responsible for their own reporting and data delivery.
