Designed for new users, our virtual course an end-to-end training solution, empowering our clients to deliver the best benefits administration experience. This training course incorporates a blended learning approach appealing to all learning styles. Course registration also includes a 3-month pass to the Selerix Learning Studio which includes content covered in class as well as supplemental training modules and pre-work content.

Traditional Case Build

The virtual Traditional Case Build Training covers the topics necessary for traditional case building, management, and enrollment monitoring. Features of the course include: Blended Learning:

  • Virtual classroom sessions, self-paced modules and tasks.
  • 5 Virtual sessions, across two weeks (Monday, Thursday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)
  • Homework assignments between each session
  • Updated tasks, tools, & templates
  • Core plan build focused (i.e., Medical, Dental, Vision, etc.)

Voluntary Only Case Build

The virtual ‘Voluntary Only Case Build’ course covers the topics necessary for voluntary-only plans/products, management, and enrollment monitoring. Features of the course include:

  • Blended Learning: Virtual classroom sessions, self-paced modules and tasks.
  • 3 Virtual sessions, across two weeks (Tuesday/Thursday/Thursday)
  • Homework assignments between each session
  • Updated tasks, tools, & templates
  • Voluntary plan build focused (i.e., generic carrier products using CI and UL engines)
