What You’ll Do
Seasonal contract work, September through the end of Q4. The schedule is yours to shape.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- One-on-one enrollment sessions: Walk employees through benefits options and guide them to coverage decisions.
- Benefits education: Explain plan differences, voluntary offerings, and the basics employees rarely get to ask about.
- Onsite or remote: Travel to Midwest client locations, or work from home via our remote call center.
- Platform-assisted enrollment: Use our ben-admin tools to record elections and support the process.
What We’re Not Asking

COMMON QUESTIONS
What you’re probably wondering
Do I need to be licensed?
Yes — an active insurance license in your state is required for most engagements. Questions about license status are welcome during the intake conversation.
How long does the season run?
Typically September through the end of November. Individual assignments vary — some counselors work a week, others work six to eight consecutive weeks.
What does ‘expression of interest’ mean — am I applying?
Not yet. The form lets our operations team know you exist and get a sense of your background. If there’s a fit, we’ll reach out to schedule a conversation. No resume, no formal application.
Can I work remotely if I’m not in the Midwest?
Yes. Our remote call center option is available to qualified counselors anywhere in the country.
When do I need to commit?
We aim to have our team in place by August for a September orientation. The earlier you reach out, the more flexibility we have in matching you with the right engagements.
Ready to talk?
Tell us about yourself
It takes about three minutes. No commitment, no formal application
— just the first step in a conversation.
How it Works:
Fill out the short interest form — name, contact info, experience, state, and license details.
Our operations team reviews your background and reaches out if there’s a potential fit.
A brief conversation to discuss scheduling, preferences, and what a contract would look like.
