Selerix Systems is Born

Our founders begin by consulting and developing large-scale strategies for employer benefit administration solutions, worksite marketing, and employee benefit enrollment.
2002

Selerix Evolves

Selerix is enhanced to become a benefits administration system with broader capabilities.
2003

Growth and Trust

Selerix’s first client, a 5,000-life healthcare network, goes live on the Selerix BenSelect benefits administration system.
2004

Major Milestone

The BenSelect solution is adopted by 13 major carriers and licensees that understand employers need a powerful end-to-end solution
2005

Building Great Relationships

Selerix now delivers large-scale employee benefit administration solutions to over 21,000 employer groups.
2008

New Headquarters

Selerix opens a new headquarters office in McKinney, Texas, an emerging technology hub in the Dallas Metroplex.
2014

New Office in South Carolina

To better serve our growing customer base, Selerix opens a client service office in Columbia, South Carolina.
2015

An Answer for ACA Compliance

Selerix ACA is launched, offering employers a proactive, year-round ACA compliance solution.
2020

Communication for Employee Engagement

Selerix Engage is launched, providing a new, flexible way for employers to communicate with employees about their benefits
2021

Major Outside Investment

NexPhase Capital, encouraged by Selerix’s technology platform and growth prospects, makes a significant investment in Selerix.
2022-Present

Success Today and Tomorrow

Selerix continues to evolve with new features and integrations, including decision support, and many other tools to empower the benefits process.
2024

Retirement

Our visionary Founder, Lyle Griffin, retires from Selerix and becomes a Board Member. He is succeeded by Tim Pratte, Selerix’s new Chief Executive Officer.
November 2024

SyncStream joins

Creating one of the largest providers of ACA solutions in the market with extensive expertise and a highly tenured strategic advisory that will deliver a more comprehensive set of solutions.
