She brings a strong passion for customer success leadership and supporting others to her role at Selerix Systems. In this spotlight, she shares her career journey, proudest accomplishments, and a few fun facts.

What did you do before Selerix?
Before joining Selerix, I worked as a school benefits coordinator for five years.

When and how did you get involved with Selerix?
I became familiar with Selerix through my previous role at a school that used Selerix for benefits administration. I was always impressed by the strong camaraderie and values within the organization, and that ultimately inspired me to want to be part of it.

How would you describe your role in one sentence?
I support the growth and development of our Client Success team while partnering with customers to ensure they have the tools and support they need to succeed.

What are some big challenges you are facing right now?
One of my biggest challenges is maintaining a healthy work-life balance. I take a lot of ownership in my work, so I’m mindful about setting boundaries to stay effective long term. I’m also working on making sure my contributions are visible. I tend to lead quietly and focus more on impact than self-promotion.

What is a work accomplishment you are especially proud of?
Stepping into the role of Director of Client Success has been both rewarding and challenging. It pushed me outside of my comfort zone and accelerated my growth as a leader. It has strengthened my ability to think strategically, lead through change, and support my team at a higher level.

Just for Fun

Outside of work, what kind of hobbies do you have?
I love reading across a wide range of genres, especially psychological thrillers, and I also enjoy gardening.

If you had a warning label, what would yours say?
Caution: If I’m hangry, approach with snacks.

What person would you like to meet for a cup of coffee?
I would love to meet my third-grade teacher. I struggled in school, and she took the time to help me through it. I’ve never forgotten her kindness and support.

What is the very first job you had (that is not on your resume), and what did you learn from it?
In high school, I worked at Shares Inc., a workplace that supports adults with disabilities. It was a meaningful experience that helped me see the world from a different perspective and strengthened my empathy, patience, and appreciation for inclusive environments.

What would you sing at karaoke night?
’90s hip hop.

What is the most unusual thing you have ever eaten?
Probably octopus. When I was fifteen, I visited my uncle in California, and he made it his mission to expand our horizons. Squirrel also deserves an honorable mention.

What fictional character do you relate to the most?
Belle from Beauty and the Beast. She loves learning and reading, thinks independently, and sees people for who they truly are.

What is a fun or meaningful tradition you have with family or friends?
When our kids started school, we created a tradition of celebrating the first and last day of school with ice cream. It gives us time to talk about how they’re feeling and what they’re looking forward to. They’re now in 6th and 8th grade and still enjoy it, fingers crossed it continues through high school.

Where did you grow up, and what is something you loved about it?
I grew up in Rush County, a small farming community about an hour southeast of Indianapolis. Looking back, I really cherish the simplicity of that childhood. We were trusted with real responsibility early on, helping on the farm, driving tractors and four-wheelers, or disappearing into the woods for hours. It taught us the value of hard work, patience, and showing up even when things weren’t easy.

What would your walk-up song be if you were entering a room?
“Don’t Stop Believin’” by Journey.
