  • Blended Learning: Virtual classroom sessions, self-paced modules and tasks.
  • 4 Virtual sessions, across two weeks (Tuesday/Thursday)
  • Homework assignments between each session
  • Updated tasks, tools, & templates

NOTE: Virtual sessions use Zoom video/teleconferencing, and will be available for download. A 2nd monitor is strongly RECOMMENDED. Participants will receive step-by-step instructions throughout the course as well as participate in group work. A second monitor ensures that the participant can follow along and complete steps in real time during the course.

The Basic Implementation course is intended for only NEW users of BenSelect; a refresher series is available via the Selerix Training Studio. All registrations provide for 3 months of free access for the Selerix Training Studio, which includes content covered in the class as well as supplemental training modules and pre-work content.

This Basic Training course is organized into the following subject areas:

  • Overview of Selerix’s Tools and Templates
  • Case Setup
  • Case Customization
  • Reporting
  • Enrollment Monitoring
  • Ongoing Case Maintenance

Attendees will receive course materials, via an SFTP site,  such as the following:

  • Participant Guide
  • PowerPoint Presentations, for use as reference material
  • Starter Implementation Kit, version 12 (Includes access to templates and job aids)
  • Additional reference materials to support case building and management

This course is appropriate for our partners who configure their own enrollment sites and are responsible for their own reporting and data delivery.

Prework

Video links for Census Expert will be provided upon registration. We strongly encourage you to watch the videos prior to class as it will enhance learning and help you “connect the dots” for the topics and processes that are laid out in the course.
