Selerix Blended Training Course – Traditional Case Build (Path 1- September 26)

The Traditional Case Build Training Course is a blended learning course that covers the topics necessary for traditional case building, data management, and enrollment monitoring. The course consists of a virtual kickoff session, 4 self-paced sessions, a post-case-build virtual check-in, and an instructor-led session. Each self-paced session is supported by a Live Connect (2-hour session) with a course instructor. Real-time instructor support is also available for any troubleshooting assistance you may need during the course’s duration. We will provide calendar notices for all scheduled virtual sessions and self-paced sessions.

Features of the course include:

• Blended Learning: Virtual instructor-led sessions, self-paced (pre-recorded) video lessons, Live Connect sessions with instructors, learning assessments, and eLearning modules in our LMS.
• Optional homework assignments between sessions
• Updated tasks, tools, and templates
• Core plan-focused (i.e., Medical, Basic Life, STD, etc.) but includes a voluntary plan build as well (Group Whole Life)

NOTE: A 2nd monitor is strongly RECOMMENDED. Participants will receive step-by-step instructions throughout the video and live sessions. A second monitor ensures the participant can follow along and complete steps in real time during the course.

The Traditional Case Build course is intended only for NEW users of BenSelect, primarily focused on core and voluntary plan builds. This course is appropriate for partners who configure or update cases and are responsible for their own reporting and data delivery. Each registration includes 3 months of free access to the Selerix Training Studio, which contains content covered in the class, pre-work content, and supplemental training modules.

• Ongoing Case Maintenance

Attendees will receive course materials via the Selerix Training Studio or an SFTP site, such as the following:

• Participant Guides
• PowerPoint Presentations, for use as reference material
• Templates and job aids
• Additional reference materials to support case building and management

Prework
Required and optional prework will be provided upon registration. We strongly encourage you to complete optional prework assignments, as they will enhance learning and help you “connect the dots” for the topics and processes laid out in the course.

*The training is cumulative, so participants must participate in all planned training sessions. Please plan accordingly to attend/view the entire training from beginning to end.
