Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, CIS with 2 years of experience
• Develop and execute functional, regression, and user acceptance test cases, and implement automated scripts for testing and data validation, reducing manual errors and improving deployment efficiency
• Design and implement complex conditional business logic for benefit plans, ensuring accurate dependent eligibility and regulatory compliance
• Develop and maintain system integrations with external payroll and carrier platforms using JScript .NET, handling XML, CSV, flat-file formats, & EDI interfaces, including data mapping, transformation, and validation
• Analyze eligibility datasets using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio to support internal requests, troubleshooting, and reporting needs
• Manage version control, code commits, pull requests, and branch merging using TFS, ensuring efficient code integration and release management
• Use Microsoft Azure DevOps to track project tasks, maintain backlogs, and support team workflow coordination, and utilize Intranet portals to access internal systems and manage plugins
• Customize data interfaces by modifying HTML, CSS, and JavaScript components to improve UI functionality, user experience, and system usability.
