Debra Squyres brings over 30 years of executive leadership experience spanning human resources, client success, operations, and client experience—from high-growth startups to public companies navigating IPO transitions. Her unique combination of people operations and client-facing leadership enables her to build organizations where both clients and teams thrive. 

Throughout her career, Debra has held Chief Client Officer roles at companies including Bonusly, HackerRank, Beamery, Namely, and Sequoia Consulting. She has led large-scale organizations of more than 450 professionals and has driven significant business outcomes, including scaling revenue growth up to 35x, achieving and sustaintaining 90%+ client retention , and delivering measurable improvements in client experience, and team engagement and productivity. 

Debra is known for her belief that most client success challenges are rooted in organizational design. She has successfully built and rebuilt client success functions, led M&A integration and due diligence for client-facing teams, and developed high-performing leaders who have gone on to lead organizations of their own. 

As Chief Operating Officer at Selerix, Debra focuses on aligning operations, client experience, and organizational design to drive sustainable, predictable growth. Her philosophy is simple: exceptional client experiences are powered by exceptional team experiences, and lasting success comes from doing the right things well. 

Fun Fact: Thanksgiving is Debra’s favorite holiday because it’s a holiday focused solely on gratitude. And her chance to host her family in a big way. She is known for her famous  toasted coconut pecan pie.
