USI Houston ACA Lunch and Learn
This USI Lunch & Learn session provides a foundational overview of Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance for HR, benefits, and payroll professionals. Participants will gain a clear understanding of the core components of ACA administration, including Applicable Large Employer (ALE) determination, employee eligibility rules, affordability standards, and reporting requirements. Led by industry experts and hosted by Stacy Davidson, the session will explore how these elements work together and where employers commonly encounter compliance challenges.
