  • Is there a cost to attend the event?

    No. This event is complimentary for Selerix clients and invited guests. Attendance is by invitation only. Attendees are responsible for their own travel and hotel accommodations.

  • Are there recommended hotels?

    Yes—here are a few nearby hotel options for your stay:
    Please note that we do not have a reserved room block at this time, and attendees are responsible for booking and covering their own hotel accommodations.
  • What time does the conference begin and end?

    Breakfast and check-in begin at 8:00 AM, and programming will begin promptly at 9:00 AM. The conference will conclude at 3:30 PM. A detailed agenda will be shared prior to the event.

  • Where is the event located?

    The conference will be held at the NCAA Hall of Champions, 700 W Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204, located in White River State Park.
  • Is parking available?

    Yes. Parking is available in nearby garages and around White River State Park.
  • Do attendees have to pay for parking?

    No. Parking is covered by Selerix. You will receive a voucher to validate your parking. A voucher is required to exit the garage.
  • Will meals be provided?

    Yes. Selerix will provide breakfast, lunch, and all-day beverages/snacks during the conference.
  • Are outside food and beverages allowed?

    Food and beverage policies vary by space; however, outside food and beverages are typically not permitted in conference areas. Water is generally allowed.
  • Is the NCAA Hall of Champions wheelchair accessible?

    Yes. The facility is fully accessible and designed to accommodate all.
  • What is the recommended attire?

    Business casual attire is recommended. The venue is climate-controlled, but you may wish to bring a light jacket or sweater.
