Reseller Webinar: What’s New and How to Grow
Good afternoon everybody. Thank you for joining today’s reseller webinar. Before I introduce our host today, Craig Stephens, I just wanted to go through a little bit of housekeeping. Our webinar today is being recorded so everybody will be receiving a recording by tomorrow and slides are available upon request. You can go ahead and type in chat if you’d like the slides. And also in your Zoom webinar menu, there’s a Q and A section. You can go ahead there and type in your question there, and we will answer your questions towards the end of the webinar. And now I’ll introduce Craig Stephens who will kick us off. Thank you, Robin. We appreciate it very much your work in getting this scheduled for us today. I want to thank everybody for joining us today for this first webinar that we’re putting together for reseller partners. And I know we’re doing this time of year where you guys are wrapping up. I hope it was a successful year. Lots going on, but we thought it was important to start kicking these off to where we start sharing with you and creating, I guess, a stronger relationships with our resellers. And I want to call you guys partners as we go forward. There’s been a lot of changes at Solaris over the past, you know, few years. And I’m very excited about some of those changes, most of them. But we’re gonna introduce you to our leadership team, the folks that are gonna be on this webinar today. You do not need an introduction from me or Ruthie, but I do wanna introduce Tim Pratt, our CEO, and also another gentleman joining us, Wes Steele, our Chief Commercial Officer. Tim joined us about eighteen months ago. And when Tim joined us, he said, Fasten your seat belts is going to be a fun ride. And I will tell you that he is very dynamic, very much customer facing in terms of wanting to build relationships with partners. He doesn’t like the word vendors because he wants everybody to have a win win situation. So with that, I’m gonna introduce Tim and Tim take it away. Great. Thank you, Craig. And I won’t spend, spend a lot of time talking here. And, I I fear that if you kept talking, Craig, you might oversell me a little bit more. So, so I don’t wanna do that. I appreciate everyone being here today. I know we’re coming up to the end of a busy season and I echo Craig’s comments. I hope everyone had a great and successful season here as we wrap up the end of the year. It has been a wild eighteen or so months for me here at Solaric. Some of you I met, gosh, before I even started at the user meeting back in, when was that, April of twenty twenty four, I believe. And I came in with the idea of building on a great company that Lyle Griffin had already built, and I feel like I’m standing on the shoulders of giants in this industry already. But how do we take what is a great company and make it even better? And we started out by really focusing in on our culture. And this is important for us because Craig used the word partner a couple of minutes ago, and that is a term that is near and dear to my heart. And it’s near and dear because we don’t live in the benefits ecosystem without partnership from you all and we have not done a lot in the last year to communicate out so many things of we’ve accomplished and product roadmap and all sorts of different avenues. But ultimately, your success is our success and we are here to make you more successful and help you drive new business and new levels of profitability. So, I asked the team to bring up our mission statement, but really if I can simplify this, it’s about being available to you all and for you all to understand that we’re a resource for you. The piece I’m most proud of in the last several months of being here are the core values that we’ve level set on. And these are values that we live every single day. All of these surround the nature of partnership. Know, be a good human. Plays to many companies have integrity as a value. This plays to the fact that, gosh, we want people to do the right thing all over the place. Collaboration is our superpower. That’s another valuable one. And that plays right to the core of partnership each and every day. We want to listen to you and we want to understand what it’s going to take to help you fulfill the potential in your own organization. And sometimes that means we might have to break the box, which means we have to get a little bit more innovative when it comes to the products and services that we’re offering. So we did these, we created these these words and these behaviors within our organization, all surrounding the ways that we can partner with everyone in the ecosystem. Now over the last twenty or so months, as many of you know, we have acquired a couple of companies. We’ve acquired a standalone ACA business, and we’ve acquired a handful of other folks that are in the benefits administration business and those have helped us just expand our offering. I know Ruthie is going to talk about this a little bit later, but one thing I want to be clear on is as we acquire new capabilities that help bring more function for you and your customers, we’re going to make those capabilities commercially available to you. They might not be free, but we want to do so in a way that helps you run your business more effectively. So Ruthie is going to get into some of those things that we’ve acquired and how we’re going to those available to you. So I’ll be available for questions at the end, but I would like to introduce Wes Steele, previously with Steele Benefits in a recent acquisition. Wes serves the organization now as Chief Commercial Officer. So take it away Wes. Thanks Tim. I just want to say, looking through the names of folks on the line, see a lot of friends and people that I’ve worked with and known for a long time. And I’m just delighted to be here. And as the professional responsible for leading sales, marketing and partnerships at Solaris, it’s my honor to support all of you and being partners of Solaris. And really, at the end of the day, my primary goal is to help you win and retain. And decided to show some of what we’re gonna show you today. It’s also gonna be an evolution as we continue to develop and develop and continue to pass things through to you as well too, with the goal of winning together. I definitely would invite you as we go through today, use the Q and A, drop your questions in, drop your comments in. We wanna see them all, we wanna read them all, and look forward to learning from you how we can help you and continue to push solutions to you. So I’m glad to be here. Thanks for being with me today. Thanks, Wes. You know, as we get into, the the the meat and potatoes of what we wanna talk about with you guys today, what I really wanna point out is the why we’re here. We want to share with you some of these other products and features that we have available at Solaris. I mean, you’ve heard us talk about ACA, you’ve heard us talk about Engage, but we wanna make sure that we’re constantly reminding you of these services that are available to you, how they can help you win business, how they can help you, you know, sell more business. Because at the end of the day, that’s what we’re here to do. How do we partner with you to help you guys be more successful in the marketplace? And the first subject we’re gonna talk about is ACA. And what I would like is to kinda turn it over to Ruthie because, you know, we do have two different models that are available to you now because they’re for the longest time, we would only take ACA clients if they were on the Benadmin. But now we have a an opportunity for you to bring us additional ACA business and Ruthie, you want to kind of let us know what we’ve been working on? Yeah, sure, absolutely. Let’s go ahead and move forward on slides. First of all, really happy to be here today. As Craig said, believe I know most of you, but if you don’t know me, I’m Ruthie Gray. I’m VP of Product Development. So ACA, we are in this season now as we roll out of, fourth quarter enrollments. Our ACA team is heated up, ready to, roll into filing season. We have had an integrated solution to ACA, meaning if you were on our VetAdmin platform, you could work with ACA since the beginning, since the Affordable Care Act rolled out. And as a matter of fact, we were developing it as the ACA was being written. We were one of the first companies to ever do automated filing. That’s been there since the beginning. That’s what you’re seeing on the left side of the screen. But now with our acquisitions that we’ve done in the last year, we have a standalone solution. What this means is if you have customers that are on other Benadmin solutions and who could benefit from our expertise in this area, you can bring them to us now. You don’t have to move them to a new Benadmin solution to be able to use our expertise. As a matter fact, if you see on there, one in seven employers in the US over fifty lives trust us for our ACA. They’re getting their forms through us even if they don’t know it. Sometimes those are white labeled through names, but they are getting their ACA forms through us at this point. So that is a huge amount of trust that is given to us, and we are doing a lot of work in this area. So, you know, if you’ve got those partners who aren’t having their ACA handled and could use our expertise, we could be their solution. We can take their data in any format from other systems, load it into our system, and handle that filing. So we’re in that season now. We are ready to help. Yeah, and as it relates to standalone ACA too, we have ways of paying commissions to you all for those cases that you would bring to us. So keep that in the back of your mind and we can share with you how you can take advantage of that later. But I did wanna ask Wes one thing, you know, has been an early adopter for most of the things that we’ve done at Solaris. And Wes, I know you have been using ACA as a value method for your book of business that you have. Can you share with us a little bit about how that’s worked for you and the pros and cons to it? Sure. I guess first off, Craig, working with ACA, with Solaris was kind of how we got connected to Solaris in the first place. And as kind of a person who started as a VB guy, in the beginning, I didn’t know how to spell the words ACA. And what I have came to learn over the years is that if you have Solaris platform live and if you’re enrolled in the medical plan, you have all of the data ready to go to do the ACA reporting. So it’s a tremendous kind of value add that you can do for your employers. Also, many of you might deliver the benefits administration at no cost to your clients. The ACA is something that the employers do have a budget for, and there’s nobody better positioned than you to do that work. So across the book of business that I had built, probably about ninety percent of all of the BinAdmin customers that we have also utilizing us for ACA. One on the standalone side, occasionally we would have somebody who came to us and maybe they’re a one one implementation, so we don’t have a full calendar year of data in the system yet, but they still have an ACA need. And that’s always tricky from an integrated ACA side, because you haven’t built that data out for the calendar year yet. And that’s one use case for you for the standalone ACA. Maybe you’ve got a new customer that you added and they’re a seven one or a four zero one or a eleven, and you haven’t loaded that historical data for the plan year yet. You now have an arrow in your quiver for how you can deliver ACA for the calendar year that already happened. Thanks Wes, that’s very, very helpful. So as you can see, we do have a full service solution for all of your ACA needs and your clients’ ACA needs. And we would encourage you to ask more questions and dig a little deeper because again, we’re here to support you and provide you with these services. Robin, let’s go to the next slide. So for employee communication, you’ve heard us talk about Engage. And I will tell you this is one of the most powerful tools I’ve seen built and how people can use this. When you talk about peeling back the layer of the onion to get down to the root of who you wanna communicate with at what level, this has become a very, very powerful tool. And it’s getting, I think, better every year as Ruthie and her team continue to do make some major enhancements to it. Ruthie, you wanna share some of the things your team’s been working on to really get this to the next level? Yeah, absolutely. On the first slide that we have here, let me just give some high level if you don’t know much about Engage, Engage is a communication tool that’s designed, you know, to reach reach employees of your partners. So multichannel messaging, we can do text, email, push notifications to to an app. Data driven audience targeting, really, really deep dive. Any data point we have on employees, we can target audiences based on that. There’s automated workflows that what I mean by that is we can schedule messages or we can trigger messages. So, you know, if an employee has a life event, we can send them a message based on that. If an employee all of a sudden elects a coverage where that’s pending some EOI, we can trigger messages based on that. So those workflows can be automated to where you set it and then forget it. We can see real time analytics on who opened, who clicked, who followed through on messages, their survey tools embedded. So all of this really deep integrated integrated to your VetAdmin communication as they’re available for you. But then the question is, of course, why do you care? So we know it’s really important to you to be able to engage with the employees of your employers. If you reach out to them in the right way, you can really drive participation. So one of those data points we have is what benefits they’re eligible for, obviously, what benefits they’ve elected. So imagine if you can reach out to the employees who are women, who are the age of thirty to thirty eight, who have children, who are in a certain age group, who are eligible for accident coverage, who have not elected accident coverage in the last two years that’s been offered to them, and can send them a targeted message. We can drill down to that exact demographic to get exactly the messaging you’re wanting to send across. We want you to be able to drive participation through this messaging. That’s what it was built for. Now, surprisingly, found Engage used for a lot of other things that’s made it very sticky with employers, where employers love it for more than just the participation. They are using it to send out birthday messages and anniversary messages. You know, we’ve got pizza, the break room messages, all sorts of things that the employers love it for. But we know for you, it can really help you drive participation as well. Now, mentioned we’re really working to make this a lot better. So if we’ll go to the next slide, let’s talk about some of the enhancements we’ve had in the last year. One of the big things is we’ve developed a brand new engaged dashboard. What this is is when you first log in, you’ve got a quick glance at everything that’s happening in the current month, month, week, day, whatever you want to look at. And what I mean is you can see the messages that have gone out, the messages that are scheduled to go out, messages that have been triggered based on events. You can drill down into a message and see exactly which employees it’s gone to, which employees it might have failed to. You know, maybe it’s bounced back from their email address, which employees have clicked it, which employees have opened it. All at a glance, you can see your overall engagement rate in one place. You can do a quick composition of a message in one place. So all of these good details available to you in one place, as well as some built in guidance and onboarding. So all of this helps your employers, all of this helps you, and all of this can help drive participation in your communication. Additionally, with all of this, and I don’t have a slide on this, we have greatly, greatly improved the the workflow for creating a message. If any of you ever have ever seen a demo of Engage before the last four or five months, you might have looked at creating a message and saying, wow, that’s a few too many steps. And I’m being very generous by saying a few too many steps because I’m going to be the first one to tell you it was way too many steps in the past. We have reduced the number of steps by sixty six percent. That’s a improvement in creating the message. There’s a lot of complications that you can do in creating a message because, like I said, we can be very, very detailed. We have greatly simplified this to make it easier for you and your partners to reach out to your employees and meet them where you want to meet them to drive that participation. And Wes, I’m going to ask you to chime in here because I know that Steele has used this for a long time, not only for you doing outbound communications about benefits of enrollment with typically a broker might use, but you also had employers using it. And you’re, you know, one of the things I know Ruthie’s attended some of your meetings that you’ve had, you do the annual field meeting, but these employers have really talked highly about how this has helped them. Would you share some of those experiences you guys have had? Sure. In my opinion, Engage is a tremendous differentiator for Solaris and also, properly utilized for you as well too. If we think about, for example, what is the number one criteria that drives the ability to produce revenue in an enrollment, it’s the number of employees that go through the enrollment process. And so when we help the employers do things like set up campaigns for open enrollment and send reminder messages for employees in not begun status, when we continue to ping people through the process and just create that environment where people are making elections, we all win in those scenarios. And so I’d encourage you to do is think about communications, not just through the lens of what you want to communicate, but think about it through the lens of what the employer would communicate. And when you can be the conduit for helping the employer to create the communications that they want to do, it opens up a completely different type of value proposition for you. And it’s not just a open enrollment value proposition. It’s a value proposition all through the year as well too. I was recently talking to an employer with about two thousand five hundred employees about the different various services that Solaris has from BIN Admin, decision support ACA. And our own team was very surprised to learn that we spent fifteen minutes talking to the employer about just Engage. There’s something powerful about getting into Engage and using the dropdown tool about all the events based triggers are available and just showing the different types of instances that can initiate automated communications. And so done properly, one of the things that Engage can do is it can help any employer communicate in a consistent way and a highly professional way. And so it just gives you a tremendous opportunity to make HR the hero. And when you’re the guide and you make HR the hero, it creates a tremendous opportunity for your business. And if you haven’t used Engage before, and you’re not sure where to get started, definitely let Craig know, because we’d love to help you just create some starter content, maybe have a test case where we help you out on the first one. We’re happy to help you get going and show you the power of what the tool can do. Thanks Wes. I’m gonna add one more thing, because I’ve been talking to some employer groups that are using it now to communicate with their employees that have a critical illness or life that has a wellness benefit to remind them to go and file for those things. And so, because you heard us talk about event driven, we can schedule those to be out there to say, hey, once a quarter remind these people that have enrolled in these products that if they’ve met these conditions, they can qualify for that wellness benefit. We want, and when HR hears stuff like that, then all of a sudden you’re helping them say, wow, so you’re helping me get a product for an employee that’s valuable, but not only are you then reminding them to file for claims. So I just think it’s very powerful and we’ve had a lot of positive feedback from employees, employers about that. So I just wanted to share that with you guys. That’s that set it and forget it functionality that they love. Think about it once, then they don’t have to worry about the rest of the year. So true. So that’s kind of where we are with the engagement tool. I think, again, it’s going to get better. And one of the things that we do want as we get more users using it, we want feedback. And you’re gonna hear us talk about in this relationship as being a partner with us. We’re gonna be looking for our resellers to provide feedback on everything, on ACA, on Engage. Tell us what you think and what we can do to make it better. Now I’m sitting in a different room from Ruthie right now because in the old days I would commit to you guys, yeah, we will do it. And then I would get kicked under the table so I don’t sit by her anymore during these meetings. But what I will tell you is we do want feedback that what are things that you guys see out there that are gonna make these tools better. Because again, the tools are here to help you drive your business, to create more revenue for you and for Solaris to be a better partner. So the next subject we want to talk to you about is AI tools. And I know you hear a lot of people talking about AI. It’s everywhere today. And I don’t wanna steal Ruthie’s thunder because she has been really driving this, but there’s a little bit of reason why Solaris took our time to approach this subject of AI. And Ruthie, I’m gonna let you kind of talk about the philosophy that we did and what are we doing with ACI today, I’m sorry, AI today. Yeah, thanks, Greg. I appreciate it. So Tim mentioned when he came on board, you know, we’ve been moving really quick since he came on board. It’s been very exciting. This has been, you know, really exciting, energetic twenty months since Tim came on board. One of the first things he did when he came and sat down, he said, we’re going to do a lot with AI. And I’m like, okay, that’ll be cool. He goes, no, I mean, we’re going to do a lot with AI. But that said, we didn’t jump into it blindly. There are a lot of exciting things we can do with AI. There’s a lot of exciting things happening out there. But at Solaris, one of the most important things has always been the security of your data. So we weren’t number one, we weren’t going to outsource a bunch of AI because we don’t want to ever outsource your data, number one. We wanna make sure that we understand how your data is being used in anything that’s happening. So we want to work with the AI ourselves. So we wanted to start out slow and figure out what we could do with the AI. We came up with a lot of use cases off the bat, but we said, what are the ones that we can handle, step into, you know, kind of wade into the water slowly? So that’s what we did. And this year, we have rolled out we’ve already rolled out in beta format two AI tools. Another one is getting ready to be rolled out in probably the end of the first quarter of twenty twenty six, and we’ll talk about those here in a minute. And we’re going to continue moving on with that this year. So, I’ve been very excited. Let’s go ahead and move forward and we’ll talk about the first one. First one is part of Engage. This was not the first one to be rolled out, but I want to talk about it since we just got done talking about Engage, and this is Content Assist. This is AI powered writing writing support right within Engage. So if you have Engage, you get this. It’s just part of it. This allows you to, you know, give Engage a prompt and help you write the messaging. So not only that, you can upload your documents, you can upload your benefit guide and say, you know, write a message to my employees about open enrollment using this benefit guide. Give it the tone that you want. We want professional. We want lighthearted. Know, adjust it based on that just like you would in AI tools, but it’s built there, built into Content Assist. You can make adjustments as you go through it, but it simplifies that. So as we’re going through building your messaging, building your content, you have AI built into it right there. We have gotten such great feedback from this, and I can tell you no other communications platform out there in the benefits business is doing this right now. We are the only ones. We are the first ones to throw this out there, and we are getting great feedback from this. It’s part of Engage. It’s available there for you right now. Go ahead and go forward. HR assist. This was our first step into AI. So this one is what we saw as our safest one. This is built directly into BenSelect. This is AI powered help for the administrative side of BENSelect. So this will help from with everything from case build to HR to HR functionality. So how do I process a life event? How do I enroll the CEO who forgot to enroll during open enrollment? It can even help with j script. You know, how can I write a script to change the rate group during enrollment? It’s it’s got all of that information loaded within to it. We started there because we didn’t want to put your employee data in in our first step. So this has a very clean set of data that is not no PII, no employee data. Also, no information about your employer group at this point. This is information about Celerix. This is information about the BenSelect software. That was a safe place for us to start with while we were learning how to do it. This has been launched in a beta. If you are interested in this, we can turn this on for you. We can work with you on this available. Just reach out to us and we can get this available for you at this time. At the bottom, you see there’s a note, Does not access employer case data yet. In twenty twenty six, we will be adding functionality to HRS to where you can ask about the case itself, to where you will be able to ask how many employees in my group have enrolled in the HSA, to where you can ask what has employee Wes Steele enrolled in. We are building that data layer ourselves. That data will be housed in our data layer all within the US. No PII is going to be able to be outside. We are handling this very, very strictly from a security standpoint. We’ve got a whole team here that’s very, very focused on the security of that data. So this is all being handled inside our company. Nothing’s going outside. It’ll be for your safety, and that will be rolling out later in twenty twenty six. I don’t think we have a slide, I do want to mention something else we’re going to be doing in twenty twenty six launching at the end of the first quarter is Benefit Assist, which is going to be for doing the employees are going to have the ability to benefit guide information during enrollment itself. And Ruthie, you would I mean, I know that our Chief Technology Officer, and I know Tim in particular, security is a top priority for Solaris. And that’s one of the reasons why, you know, it’s taken us maybe a little bit longer to really jump into this. But I mean, I just think you guys need to know that it’s always been a very important part of Salerix, but I would say today, as we continue to grow, it continues to be one of the things we think about every day. How are we protecting data and stuff like that? Is there anything else you want to add to that, Ruthie? No, Craig. You you covered it. I should we I just want everyone to know we’ve been taking a very measured approach to this. We’re just being very careful with how we approach AI and making sure that we’re being you know, we’re just taking security in into account every everything that we do with it. We do know there are a ton of use cases, and we are looking at a lot of fun use cases of coming up. The ones I’ve mentioned here are not the only ones we’re doing. We’ll have another webinar coming up where we talk about wider about our road map. And I will tell you, AI is all over my road map for the next few years. So these are not the only things that are coming up. There’s gonna be a lot more to come. Stay tuned. We’re on board, but starting out slowly. Great. Thank you, Ruthie. So Robin, let’s go to the next slide. As we get into some of the new and upcoming enhancements that we are basically going to give you access to help you grow your revenue. Some of the things as Tim mentioned earlier, as we acquired companies and we see things that they’re doing, we wanna make them readily available to our resellers because we really want to be a win win situation. We wanna help you grow your business. You’re gonna hear me say this a lot over the next six months. You know, how do we help you increase your participation? How do we help you grow your revenue? How do we help you create stickiness with your employer groups? Okay. And these are some of the things that we have been working on. If you go to the next slide, Robin. So I will start off by just saying some additional services. We now have a partnership with FSA HSA Administrator. This has been something that we have been utilizing for over a year now and also a COBRA slash offboarding service that we’ve been using for about a year. But, you know, we were having a meeting recently and Tim says, no, I wanna make this available to everybody. You know, let’s let’s get this in front of people. And so we will be getting with you. And the reason we set up and coming is there’s some of these things we’re gonna talk about aren’t readily available quite yet. As Ruthie likes to say, you gotta give her a little bit of time. So she’ll say the end of the second quarter and I’ll say, is that June first? And no, Craig, it’s the end of the second quarter. But what I wanted to just let you know that I will be getting in front of you guys over the next month or so to talk about these new services from the HSA and COBRA. And also we’ve done a partnership with a dependent verification company. And these are all things that, again, yeah, you may have relationships with people you wanna use, that’s great. But some of these we’ve built into the system so that, you know, we have feeds going back and forth. Ruthie, do you wanna elaborate on any of those? In terms of some of the things we can see from FSA or COBRA? Yeah, just to know that this is a combination of some technologies and some services. I think other than that, that’s covered it. Greg, think an important thing for folks to just keep in mind is if there’s pain points, there’s solutions that you can attach to it. So HSA Bank is a perfect example of that. So there is uncountable number of banks out there that do HSA services. But if for example, you have a challenge where a pain point for your customers is the need for them to actually physically open the bank accounts, you should know there’s solutions out there for that. Similarly, if you wanna see who the COBRA participants are in the platform, you should know that there’s a solution out there for that. If you’ve got, you know, pain points of, you know, in a self funded plan, a ex spouse on the plan can really drive the medical spend. So if you’re concerned about controlling your eligibility and having more controls in place, there’s solutions out there for that. And wherever we’re at right now with the ability to make these commercially available to you, to partner with you and putting these in, this is an area of Solaris where you’re gonna see a lot of growth in the twelve to twenty four months ahead. Thank you, Wes. So if we go to the next slide, we wanna talk a little bit about how do we do things a little bit smarter enrollment that would create better outcomes. And one of the organizations that we recently purchased, they have done a very good job with doing some decision support and customizing things and some product selections. And Ruthie, you want to talk a little bit about how we’re going to be embedding this and giving this as an option for our resellers? Yeah, so as Craig said, we’ve acquired some technology that we’re productizing to basically be able to offer you a better user experience to drive participation. So it’s a little bit more modern looking enrollment experience. It embeds a fuller decision support experience. If you’ve been with us a while, you know that there already is a built in medical decision support. This is a wider decision support. It supports medical, dental, vision, as well as the voluntary products. It’s a much cleaner decision support process. It really is, you see little smiley faces down there. It is, what is level of your health, and do you smoke or don’t you smoke? That’s all it asks. And then it gives you those product suggestions based on that. It is very video driven, has these great little short clip videos to drive product education, everything from big picture, what is an accident plan, to down what is a deductible, what’s a copay, etcetera. Very much designed to drive action. Like I said, very modern, very self paced, designed for self enrollment and to drive participation. Also has these benefit enhancers bundles that can combine an accident and critical illness to also help you drive participation. So again, we’re productizing that. That’s going to be rolled out later this year, available for you to use, and you could just reach out to us if you’re interested in that after we roll that out. And then if we go to the next slide, we’ll talk a little bit more, Ruthie. You mentioned the videos. We do now have a we are working, and you saw that big note. Second, by the second half, we’ll have a lot more videos that will be available and embedded into each of the products that you can then drop in. Ruth, do you want to tell us a little more? No, this is just a big list. We’re not going run through the entire thing, but just note that there’s a lot of videos here. We’ll be able to work through providing you access to these. Great. And the last thing I want to talk about is we have a partner portal, and this is something that we started working on probably a year and a half ago. And again, you know, there was we’re trying to get it, I think, get it put out there for you guys to where you will have access to look at a lot of data, your data on your own portal. It’s gonna be able to do a lot of things, but we also wanna get feedback on how can we make this better. I’m gonna be reaching out to a few of you to get this going to to to start testing it. But Ruthie, was something that we’ve worked on and I know it probably didn’t get the lift we wanted, but it’s got some cool stuff and everybody we show it to like loves it. So go ahead and just give us a little bit more about it. Yeah, thanks Craig. So yeah, this is something again we have in very much a beta format right now, but it can give you access to information across multiple groups at one time. So when you log in here, you’ll be able to see enrollment status across multiple groups, changes pending and follow-up information across multiple groups. You can get access to project management, contact information, participation across multiple groups all at one time. Some high level reporting is available. Like I said, very much in beta. We are looking for what other features you want to see. We’re very open to developing those features that you want to see. One of the things that’s happened over the last few years, if you’ve been a reseller for a while, is as we’ve grown, it’s not just me over here in product anymore. We do have a full product management organization now, and I’ve got a team of people that want to talk to you, want to hear your insights, want to hear what you want to do and want to build out our roadmap and our backlog based on that. So as Craig said, we’re going to be reaching out to some of you to try to ask if you’ll be a part of this program and if you’ll work with us to help us build out this partner portal so that we can help you better. And Wes, I was going to just ask you to chime in as if you’ve seen this, you’ve come up with some things that you think this could be a very powerful tool. Would you share some of your thoughts? Yeah, I think for one, just having a book of business and understanding the enrollment status at any given time of all of your employers that you serve, that’s a super powerful piece of functionality, not to have to go into each case individually to see enrollment status. Many of us on the line care deeply about getting more employees their enrollment. So that’s an easy one. Also the ability to understand kind of what’s pending on a case level as well to have a snapshot of participation that’s easily accessible where you can navigate through a number of cases, all kind of from one view. So there’s some meat on the bone that’s there now. I predicted that when you see it, you’ll say, this is awesome. And you’ll have some ideas on how you wanna improve it. And that’s on our mind as well too, just as we think about like what the next iterations are and how to make the portal continually more useful. And I’m really excited for what is there now. I’m also excited for kind of having this kind of as a base product as well too, and what that can mean for the ability to build on it in the future as well. Thanks Wes. So before we go to questions and answers, kind of what I want to do is just summarize real quick. Know, my role in the organization is to really work and develop our resellers to help them grow their business, to find additional resellers. And, you know, I’m very excited about this. I’ve been with the company for eighteen years and I’ve got to watch it grow from the small little company and there’s so many exciting things that we are doing. But I just can’t reiterate enough how refreshing it is to see a leader come in, Tim Pratt, and basically say, look, we gotta partner with people. We gotta bring value to people. It’s gotta be a win win. And Tim mentioned earlier, some of these things are gonna have a financial cost to it. But we also know that we can come back to you and say, but whatever it is that you cost, you’re gonna get more in your return. So we’re very adamant about looking at these things. The second thing I wanna say is we get into next year, we really wanna have quarterly webinars with you guys to kind of dig deeper into some of these things, maybe ACA, maybe some other things. We wanna get from you some feedback saying, hey, what would you like to hear more? But our goal is really how do we strengthen this relationship to create more value for you, to be a better partner for you. And that’s on me and that is something that I will take away. We’re very excited about the future. We wanna see you guys continue to grow and spend more time together. I just think there’s a lot that we all can do together to make twenty twenty six a very, very successful year for all of us. Now, I’m going to open up for questions. Don’t know. Robin, do we have any questions from anybody? Yes. Let me see. Any updates on the new user interface? That’s part of what I was mentioning with the productization of the technology that we got in that’s going to help with the driving participation. So that’s something we’re working on right now. That will be available later this year. One thing that I might add to that is especially when you bundle that with decision support and just kinda what that does for the overall look and feel of the platform. From my experience, it gives it a level of modernization that, many of you might have been, thirsty for for a long time. And so seeing that UI and how it will look different when bundled with the decision support is something that push us to get a look at it because I think you’re gonna be real happy with what you see. One of the and I’ll just add some color to that just to give a peek behind the curtain here. Earlier in twenty twenty five, we had some deep conversations about us revamping the UI or productizing some of the things that we had acquired and ultimately got to this point of deciding that we really needed to productize those pieces and parts with decision support as Wes pointed out because there was much more capability in it. And that was, you know, you find when you run pretty fast, you might be going down multiple streams and then we have to pick a direction here and that’s what we did. So that’ll be made available. Ruthie, can you be more specific about the timeframe? Is it coming in hopefully Q2? I believe is what we have that Q2, Q2 I was going to say Q1, but then I would have been kicked under the table. Well, I can’t kick all the way to Florida Tim, but I’ll kick you the next time I saw you. Okay. Another question. How will the partner portal reduce time out when running larger reports that include many clients? Today, a single client with thousands of employees and benefits can take way too long in time out. Alan, we might need to have a separate conversation. The partner portal is not going to address, I think, what you’re talking about there. The partner portal is not designed to do that, so maybe let’s have a separate conversation about your concerns there. We did not cover this. The partner portal is not designed necessarily for the reporting piece, but I will say, having lived through this last year, we made quite a few infrastructure changes that changed the speed of reporting this year. Alan, in your case I think that’s worth a separate conversation but in general we added more bandwidth this year to make sure that we did not experience some of those obstacles. And if you’re experiencing those, anything like that, I would suggest you put it in a ticket with our support team and we’ll make sure we look at it pretty quickly. But we were pretty sensitive here in the fourth quarter about making sure the system was absolutely performative for every one of our customers. And I hope you all felt experience. Okay, great. And we can stay on the line for a couple more minutes if there’s any more questions. Don’t be shy. This is not the group. This is not like them. Normally, they’re always firing questions. That’s what I was thinking. This is not a group to be quiet. Anything you want to talk about Craig or add? No, I just, again, if we don’t get any other questions, I just want to thank everybody for their time today. We look forward to having some deeper dives. I think we just got a question from Jake, so. Any thoughts on changing pricing on ACA for high turnover industries to compete with HRIS systems that charge on a monthly basis versus annual? So, here’s what I’m going to say Craig. I am open to talking more about that. Again, this is about creating an opportunity Jake for a win win. So let’s figure out what that looks like and where that needs to be. I’m not saying that we can give away the farm, but I understand the turnover issue. And we absolutely want to help you compete against those full suite HCM companies. So let’s take that offline with Craig and we can we’ll be a good partner in helping figure that out. I want to come up with something that’s win win there. We’re not going to be the company that says, hey, this is the take it or leave it. We want to be, like I said at the start, collaboration is our superpower. So let’s talk about it. I agree with you, Tim. I knew that’s exactly what you’d say. So we will get together. Okay. Let’s see. Couple more came in. Will the partner portal be able to be drilled down per broker that you are working with? And if within those brokers there are teams or pods, would we be able to show them a view of their groups from an enrollment standpoint? Yeah, Elizabeth, without getting too granular, yes, the partner portal can be broken down into instances is what they’re called, each instances is a group of employer groups. So you as a user can have access to a group of employers, another user can have access to a group of employers, one user can have access to different groups of employers, so we can build that out as different groups of employers on your needs. So, yes, we would be able to do that for you. And again, if you end up being one of the ones we’re working with for the beta, we can talk through that deeper. But yes, that’s how it’s designed to work. Okay, and Warren asks, are there any plans for advancements to dashboard reporting for better real time data analytics on the employer level on the way? Advancements to dashboard reporting for real time data, data analytics. Not so much on the roadmap for this year. Yeah, we are always looking at what we can do with interesting things we can provide with data. And that is something we’re looking at what we can do with AIs. And again, we are in the very early stages of looking at what we’re going to do with HRSSIST two point zero, which is where we’re going to be bringing our employee data and the employer data into our AI layer. There very well could be that we surface the ability to get some interesting real time data that we can surface to the dashboard in there. But like I said, we’re very early in the architecture of that. So let me say possibly, as we’re servicing those use cases, that could be something that does come up from that. Let me just add one more thing. Jed, let me just add one thing. Warren, I would say this too. These are things that we want feedback from you guys as what are things that we can do to the system that’s going to benefit you. Doesn’t mean we can do it. But I think the thing we have to do, like, when we’re out selling. Right? We’ve gotta understand what the business requirements are or what the needs are. And so we sometimes in the old days thought we knew what everybody needed or wanted, but we didn’t. And I think we’re taking a different approach now. So I would say here, we would say, look, what are some of the requirements for this? How’s it gonna benefit you? And let’s see what that would look like if we were to go down that pipeline. Tim, sorry to interrupt you. You took the words right out of my mouth, Craig, as I did yours earlier. We’ve been working together for a long time now, feels like. Yes, that’s And that’s exactly what I was going say. Any feedback is good feedback. So Warren, if there’s something specific you’re looking for, would love to better understand that and we can get that into Ruthie and her team’s hands and take a look. Absolutely. The only thing that I would add to that is the fact that we’re early stage on that is actually exciting because that means we can make sure we collect the right requirements for what is gonna make the biggest difference and how we can better visualize and distribute data in a way that our users, need it, is a really exciting opportunity just looking ahead. Yeah. Thanks Warren. Thank you. And Jacob has another question. Are there any current features that are available on a free carrier license that will be productized in the future? For example, a global plugin for a specific carrier that is currently no cost for self implementer, but may cost ten cents per record to that global plugin. I’m gonna basically, and Tim’s gonna have to jump in and Ruthie jump in. I will say that we are trying to differentiate, you know, the carriers may get access to certain things in the future, but there would be a cost for the carriers to have access to certain things. And I don’t necessarily know what those could be today. So I don’t wanna sit there and say absolutely not. What we’re trying to do is give you tools that aren’t available on the carrier site. Some of these things that we’ve talked about today, but if we were to go back to carriers, which we’ve been having strong relationships for many, many years, we can’t continue to just give stuff to them in a way at no cost where Solaris doesn’t make any money. So one of the things that you’ll hear us say is if we were to go down that route, Jacob, we have to figure out a way how to monetize certain things. And we haven’t figured it all out at this point, but that’s what I would say to you at this point. And Tim, do you wanna add to that? Yeah, I just took a note to myself, global plug in. We should talk about that. We want to do things to make this, you’re going back to the mission slide earlier, simple and seamless to the best we can. I want to take that back and have a conversation with our senior team about what that would look like. We have to do things that create these win wins as Craig mentioned. So we will take a look at that. From a I think Craig or Ruth you mentioned this earlier from a reseller perspective, there are some things being made available here, you know, from an AI perspective that are easier to deploy on the reseller site than it is to do on the carrier site in terms of the way that we can offer those tools and then aggregate various components of data. So there is some benefit to doing certain things on a reseller site versus doing everything on a carrier site. But I’ll take that back and let’s Craig, we can talk about that on the senior team and figure out if there’s an avenue there. I’m confident that there is. We just need to spend a couple minutes figuring it out. And I can answer this question. Yes, Jennifer. I’ll send you the slide deck of this meeting. If anyone would like a slide deck, just email Craig or put in the chat, and I’ll send it to you. Any other questions? And again, look for the recording from Craig to be sent out tomorrow. I think that wraps things up. The last thing that I’ll add is, you know, Craig and myself and Ruthie and anyone on this team is available for one off conversations. You don’t have to ask questions in front of thirty of your closest friends here. So happy to take some conversations offline. Again, we want to do everything that we can to make you all as successful possible going into twenty twenty six. And we’re looking forward to getting down a communication cadence here that keeps all of you informed about all the great things that Solaris is doing and how we might help. So I appreciate the partnership. Well said, Tim. And I will say thank you guys very much for your time. Happy holidays to all of you and much success in twenty twenty six. And we couldn’t be more excited to be a part of that with you. Thank you, guys. Thanks everyone. Thanks. Thank you.
